ASHFAQ CONSTRUCTION CO. — Contractor and Builders Project Description: 10 Marla Residential House Client: Mr. Shafeeq ur Rahman | Location: Multan Garden Society | Date: 28-04-2025 This project involves the design and construction of a double-storey residential house with a mumty floor on a 10 Marla plot at Multan Garden Society, Multan. The project is commissioned by Mr. Shafeeq ur Rahman and executed by Ashfaq Construction Co. under the supervision of Eng. Malik Ashfaq. The house features a contemporary classical facade with decorative ironwork railings, ornate cornices, and a grand entrance porch. The ground floor includes a Drawing Room, TV Lounge, two bedrooms with attached dressing and bathrooms, a kitchen, car porch, and a PWD toilet. The first floor follows a similar layout with an additional guest bedroom and a private terrace, while the mumty floor offers open terraces, a BBQ area, a sitting bench, and a dedicated solar panel zone. Foundations are built on stepped brick masonry footings over PCC (1:4:8) beds, with anti-termite treatment applied at all footing stages. The superstructure follows brick masonry in cement-sand mortar with DPC provided at finished floor level. The electrical layout covers all three floors, providing a main distribution board, ceiling fans, chandeliers, split AC units, exhaust fans, CCTV cameras, intercom, TV/cable, and gate and garden lighting throughout. The sanitary system uses CI solid waste and waste water pipes connecting to ground-floor manholes and a purpose-designed septic tank (8′-3″ × 8′-0″). Plumbing supplies cold water from an overhead tank, hot water via geysers, and gas from the main line to all kitchens and bathrooms on each floor. Doors and windows include 23 wooden doors across four size types and multiple glazed window and ventilator types, with large-format glazed units used in main living areas to maximize natural light.
